He helped me with a refinance that kept my mortgage payment the same, eliminated my pmi payment, dropped the term of my mortgage by 10 years and left me cash positive at the end of the refi with all the credits I received. I was amazed.Next, he helped me gain financing on a condo purchase that went bad with 2 weeks to close. It would be impossible to go into enough detail to really explain how helpful he was, but the end result was us switching lenders and obtaining financing. With only two weeks to go until the close, he pulled it off and we met a very strict date I needed to hit in order to be in my new home. I would never use anyone else but him.
